At Southern Refrigeration, we understand that handling problems with speed and efficiency are key to keeping your business on track. That’s why our Service Department is a 24-hour per day, 365 day per year service machine. Our dispatcher answers your calls and, using our state-of-the-art communications system, quickly dispatches our experienced, factory trained service technicians to service sites throughout Louisiana and Mississippi. We can assure you that your service calls are handled in a timely and professional manner.

Our Service Department is a Certified Service Representative of Hill Phoenix and other major brands. All of our technicians are HFC certified through the R.S.E.S. certification program. As a member of R.S.E.S. and several other organizations, we closely follow all guidelines and recommendations dealing with reduction plans and are geared up to handle any retrofit programs that may be required.

Our knowledgeable service technicians travel with fully stocked trucks that include refrigerant, parts, tools, and special instruments to provide you with the fastest possible service. Our on-call technicians have mobile laptop computers for remote communications with equipment to reduce or eliminate after-hours service expense and perishable product loss. Our office is equipped for remote communications with refrigeration, HVAC and alarm systems at our customers’ locations. In addition, we have a deli equipment specialist on hand, general mechanical consultant services, preventive maintenance programs, and have equipment maintenance and assistance available.
